AssiST 97 v1.1 documentation.

For the forseeable future this is the last release of AssiST 97. Apologies
for this but we simply do not have the time to continue updating it, plus
the fact that Delphi is seriously annoying if you're used to C :). If we
find any serious bugs, we may release a small update but don't count on it.
Most serious apologies must go to Damien Burke who kindly sent us his MSAtoST
source code with the understanding that it would be included in AssiST 97.
The code is greatly appreciated and will be put to good use! The DOS AssiST
is being updated from time to time by myself so don't forget to check that
out at some stage :)
